location window. If you see the phrase
start=0, that is (now) causing the program to bring up the
0 UTC analysis. If you change this to start=latest, you
will get the latest MAPS/RUC-2 analysis instead.
Equivalently, you can go to http://www-frd.fsl.noaa.gov/mab/soundings/java/,
select the METAR site you want, and choose Latest MAPS
analysis, click java-based plots, and bookmark the
page that results.
My apologies for any problems this may have caused you. I really should have not changed the meaning of an existing variable, I should have defined a new one.
